  • Dealing with depressionregister for the ‘Dealing with Depression’ webinar, covering the origins and experience of depression whilst suggesting tools and techniques to help people to better understand their own feelings and make positive changes.
  • Men's mental health - men are not accessing talking therapies as frequently as women for a number of reasons, including worrying about what others may think, or believing how they feel is just a phase and it will pass on its own. Watch the video on how Hertfordshire Talking Therapies can help.
  • Festive Activities - Throughout the month there will be some activities to help promote good mental health.
  • Staying connected during winter - therapists have created a short animation video that provides wellbeing tips that can help with feelings of loneliness. NHS Hertfordshire & Mid Essex Talking Therapies have created the Winter Mental Health Local Offer Leaflet 2023 with a list of organisations, delivering services to support you to look after your mental health and wellbeing through winter.
