The NHS wants to give people better ways to see their own health information online via their personal NHS App or Patient Access. To support our patients getting digital access, on 4th October 2023, Midway Surgery activated patient online access to health records so that you can see your own record from that time. These online tools are very secure as you control your own sign-in and it is important that you protect this. If you are concerned that someone else has access to your records, please contact us as soon as possible.
To set up NHS App on your mobile phone or electronic tablet, go to NHS App - NHS (www.nhs.uk). You can do this at home without having to come into the Surgery.
